I only cook with natural sea salt crystals, because, you know, I don't like all those chemicals in conventional salt. I swear, some of those so-called salts are 100% sodium chloride. Do you know what that stuff does to you?

Though I often lament my years in Kansas, it did offer a breath of fresh air between living in Boulder and living in SF. Living too long in an uptight liberal environment can cause backlash. Just look at the "car" Chopper drives.
I believe the correct phraseology is "damned dirty hippies."
If only everything were organic. And we lived in trees and ate our food raw.

Personally (and to paraphrase the esteemed Mr. Douglas Adams), I think we all made a big mistake in coming down from the trees in the first place. I might even go so far as to say that even the trees had been a bad move, and that no one should ever have left the oceans.
