Anthony: A little production note here—you might have noticed the lack of my normal, hand-drawn borders around each panel. That's because this comic was actually one of the first ones Flannery and I ever worked on together and I was, at that time, still unsure as to how I wanted the comic to look, so I didn't leave any room for hand-drawn borders and gutters. Those had to be added digitally. Personally, I happen to like the messy and organic feel of the comic being entirely hand-drawn, partly because I ink very rapidly due to time constraints, but also as a rebellion against most webcomics which are made entirely digitally and have that "sharp and polished" look.
That said, I understand that that look is probably much easier to read, so if our viewers like, I'd be more than happy to switch to digital borders.

"Digital Borders" hurhurhur.
Um, I don't think it's particularly easier or harder to read either way. I kind of like the aesthetic of the hand-drawn borders.
Hmm...there's a "comics without Borders" joke in there somewhere, too. Hand-drawn definitely looks cooler.
Man this would've been so much cooler with: A) Hand-drawn borders, and B) A resultant dead spider.
I am in Total Awe either way!
